Delivery of Your Product 

Some of our products have to be ordered through our suppliers after you have placed your order through www.bubandme.com.au so please allow at least 10 workinig days from the date your payment is received for delivery of your item.

IMPORTANT NOTE RE: CUSTOM MADE ORDERS:  

All personalised/custom made orders can take up to 21 days for delivery due the personalised nature of these products.

We will make every effort to ship your Order strictly as per estimated delivery times provided, however, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply, or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

Unless agreed otherwise, we will deliver your Product(s) to the address as indicated on your Order Confirmation. Delivery is charged as a flat rate Australia Wide and is sent by Australia Post.

You will be the sole owner of the Product after its delivery and as such will be solely responsible for any loss to the Product after delivery.

Purchasing more than one item

If purchasing more than one item at a time, please note some of our products come from different suppliers which means your items may arrive in separate packages at different times.  We may also be able to combine postage so please contact us for a quote and we can see what we can do.
