Welcome to the BubandMe.com web site. The following document outlines the Terms and Conditions that govern your use of this website. They describe your rights and responsibilities and what you can expect from BubandMe. Please take a few minutes to review these Terms and Conditions. Your use of this web site constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, do not use this web site.

BubandMe reserves the right to add to, delete or change these terms because of frequent changes in Internet technology and applicable law. As such, you should check these terms and conditions from time to time for such changes

Prices
All the prices listed are in Australian dollars (AUD) only.

Extent of Sale
The territorial extent of all our sales is limited to the political boundaries of Australia. No sale or shipment is undertaken for an offshore dealing.

Placing an Order

Placing an order with BubandMe is easy. Just choose the desired item and add to cart then checkout.

By Placing an Order, you make an offer to purchase the Products from BubandMe and signify your consent to agree to these Terms and Conditions.

We will notify that your order is being processed and shipment of goods within 3 working days by sending you an Order and Shipment Confirmation via email. The formal acceptance of offer is deferred until your order has passed our internal validation procedures that are put in place to verify the bona fides of every order placed on BubandMe. The primary purpose of validation procedures is to prevent Credit Card or Payment fraud using our PayPal payment management system.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion. If for some reason, it is not feasible to process or accept your Order after the receipt of payment, we will contact you by email or telephone to sort out the matter.

Modes of Payment and Processing

BubandMe accepts payment via Paypal , credit card via Paypal & Direct deposit. Payment processing will begin as soon as we receive all the information we require to process your Order. The processing of payment for the orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will commence on the next business day.

Business days at BubandMe are Monday through Friday, excluding New South Wales (NSW) Public holidays.

We process PayPal payments ONLY after the checkout process has been completed and the ‘Confirm Order' button clicked. For PayPal payments, we will email you an Order and Shipment Confirmation which will act as proof of purchase.
 
Important:
- Payments from Credit Cards issued by banks or institutions outside Australia are not accepted.

- We may require further documentation for additional security reference checks.
- The PayPal payment funded by an eCheque could delay the processing of your Order till the time your payment clears.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Once your order has been confirmed and if you decide to change, amend or cancel your order including address and product colour changes for any reason, BubandMe will charge $20 per order. We strongly urge all of our customers to please choose carefully and place your order only when you are completely ready.

Problems After Delivery

If the product is declared Dead On Arrival (DOA) or an apparent defect is detected after delivery, please contact us to make a valid claim, BubandMe shall exchange the Product, if possible, or refund the purchase price of the Product, as the case may be. It is strongly recommended to advise BubandMe of any issues as soon as possible.

Where it is agreed to replace the Product or refund the purchase price of the Product, the defective Product must be returned first before processing of replacement or refund.

All the replaced Products carry the same Warranty as the returned Product

If the Product is determined as NOT DOA, BubandMe will refuse to replace the Product, or any refund request. When a refund is given, the ownership of DOA Product reverts back to us.

If after examining the returned product and the unit is found not to be faulty, the customer shall be liable for the payment of $40 as handling charges and administration fee.

Returning Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products

A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) is required for both replacement Products and refunds. Where BubandMe has provisionally determined that a Product is DOA, Customer Service will issue you with a RAN. Products can not be returned without a RAN. The Product should be returned to BubandMe within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RAN. Once agreed that the product is DOA, you can arrange for postage of the Product return at any Australia Post Office. You will need to return the product back to our address at BubandMe. We will reimburse legitimate non-express freight costs, when pre-agreed, that are associated with sending of parcels back to us.

All DOA product returns must be packed in the original, unmarked and protective packaging, including any and all original accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that are shipped along with the product. Failure to comply with DOA returns conditions may in some cases result in a warranty being deemed void.

Replacement

In case, a replacement Product is arranged, it will be shipped to you at our expense after the receipt of the returned DOA Product.

Refund

In the cases where refund it will be issued through the same payment medium in which your original payment was made with BubandMe.

No refunds for authorised product returns will occur until BubandMe receives the Product on site.

No refunds, credit or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an Order.

Manufacturer Only Warranty for some Products

Some Products that are advertised and sold with manufacturer's warranty on BubandMe website are the liability of the manufacturer or supplier if it's found to be defective or DOA. For an expedited response BubandMe advises you to contact the manufacturer or supplier in the first instance for replacement or repair under the warranty terms. However, in case the manufacturer fails to comply, BubandMe will replace the Product, or issue a refund of purchase price for that Product.
 
Force Majeure

BubandMe shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond its control.

BubandMe shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.

Governing Law

All the disputes under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia, under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

Colour Display

We utilise the services of professional product photographers and do our best to display all of our products, their colouring and accessories as accurately as possible. The colours you see will depend on the monitor you are using and its current monitor settings, therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. If you are unsure on the product colour please contact us.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies; Limitations on Quantity

BubandMe makes every reasonable effort to present accurate information on this web site, the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order). We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
